Choosing the Right Depth
As a general guide:
- For a mattress around 6″ (15cm) thick → choose a 8″ (20cm) deep sheet
- For a mattress around 8″ (20cm) thick → choose a 10″ (26cm) deep sheet
You only need around 2″ of extra fabric for a snug fit, but a deeper sheet allows for added comfort or future use with mattress toppers.
